Shipping Quality All orders we ship out to clients are double boxed to prevent damage to the original content. We never had any issues with product inside external box, but if you suspect the content is damaged and external box is in bad shape, please refuse to accept the parcel or open with carrier and report damage.
Wrong Products Received: It is very rare that you will receive an incorrect product; we double-check all orders before we ship them. However, if we made a mistake/error in shipping, please notify us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with return instructions on how and where to return the product. We will ship you the correct product and pay the shipping costs both ways. If you ordered the incorrect product (your mistake), standard return policy applies.
Shipping Damage: If the packaging appears damaged on the outside, please refuse to accept it from the carrier; or please make sure when signing the shipper’s proof-of-delivery slip, you include a note stating the package is or appears damaged. If you do accept a damaged shipment, please inform us immediately. Depending on the product and where/how it was shipped, it may be necessary for you to deal with the carrier. Also, if there was any internal (non-visible) damage, this will need to be reported to us or the carrier within two (2) days of receiving the product.
Defective Products: Within two (2) days of receiving your order, if any product proves to be defective, please contact us immediately. Please, do not ship the product back to us without contacting us first and receiving return instructions. After we receive the defective merchandise, we will test it if need be, and we will ship back to you (at our expense) a non-defective replacement product. Should we determine that the product is in fact defective (and was returned in accordance to our return instructions/policy), we will cover shipping and replacement costs of the new non-defective product to you. We gladly accept exchanges on defective products within 30 days of original invoice date, provided you have contacted the product manufacturer and been issued a defective confirmation code.

Only Best Rated shall have sole discretion as to the credit method. We may issue a credit, ship a replacement product, exchange or we may repair the item and return it to you. If you contact us after two (2) days and up to thirty (30) days of receiving your order, you will need to pay for the cost of sending the product to us. We will ship it back to you at our expense. If you choose to return the defective item within thirty (30) days of original invoice, rather than replace it, we will charge a 15% restocking fee and your original shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. The return of the product is at your expense. We believe that this is a fair policy, because lower overhead results in lower prices for all of our customers. If after 30 days of receiving your product, it proves to be defective, please contact us for the manufacturer warranty information.
International Shipments For all shipments outside of Canada client will be held responsible or liable for any problems that result at your local customs office. If customs duties/taxes are assessed, these are in addition to your shipping charges and must be paid directly by you. No refunds will be given for items that are seized at your local customs office. We do take in account international customs laws to some extent, so most orders we ship out are not subject to custom duties. However, you are strongly advised to check duty rates with your local customs office prior to placing your order especially if you order two or more items.
Heavy Load Shipments Flat rate shipping promotion applies to shipment with order total more than $100, overall weight less than 10kg and destination shipping address within Canada.
Refusal to accept shipment If you refuse to accept shipment because you changed your mind, shipping charge will be deducted from the total amount of refund. This is necessary step to cover expenses associated with bring product back to us.
