We are here to help you. Please contact us by:

- Help Desk: If you purchased a product from us, please use our Help Desk to open a support ticket. This is a fastest and the most reliable way to get an issue resolved.
- Product related questions: please look for "Ask about this product" link on the product page.

- Chat: Look for "Live support" icon on the top right corner of the page. Click on it and one of your service representatives will answer your questions right away.

Shipping & Delivery 

We know you would like to enjoy your new device right away. That's why we ship orders received before 2PM EST on the same day.
We offer our customers a variety of delivery choices with UPS, FedEx or Canada Post. We recommend UPS for ground delivery (2-5 business days) and FedEx Priority for next day delivery. Canada Post is perfect for P.O. boxes and rural deliveries.

Tracking your order

Once your order is ready for shipping, we will send you a shipment confirmation with a tracking number. The tracking number is also available online on your order page. Please note that the tracking information might not be available yet on a carrier website as the shipment has not been scanned yet.

Local pickups

Local pickups are available at our warehouse in Mississauga, ON. Please click here for more information.


We take extra care to keep your information secure:

- We do not keep your credit card information on file. The information is discarded right after your payment is authorized and never stored in our system.
- We use high security Extended Validation SSL certificate verified by Entrust to ensure a secure connection and protect your personal information.
- We use PCI compliant hosting and run behind a firewall for an additional layer of security.

Returns & Replacements

15 days money back
We know that sometimes a product you were very excited about does not seem to be a good fit a week later. We want to make sure you are happy with your purchase. This is why we offer 15 days money back guarantee on all our products.

1 year warranty
All our products come with a one year manufacturer's warranty. As most of the manufacturers are located overseas we handle returns and replacements on their behalf. In a rare case you have received a defective product we will replace it at our expense.

Product return procedure
Product return system is automated to ensure fast and efficient processing. Please file a return request online and wait for authorization before returning a product. Status of the return and additional information is available in Product Returns area in your account. Please make sure to provide a detailed description of the issue you are having with a product.

Ordering and Order Cancellation

We accept orders on-line and through our toll free line at 1-888-753-8353.
Orders can be canceled by sending an email or through Contact Us form before our 2PM EST cut off time. Please make sure to provide an order number in your request. 

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

We accept payments through  PayPal, Visa, Master Card and American Express.

Viewing Orders and checking Order Status

Your orders are available in your account under My Orders. You fill find there order status, tracking and shipment information for each order.

Updating Account Information

You can update your account information and change your password at any time by following the Account Information link.
